Mia Lowry, founder of Vantage Impact Partners

Mia Lowry

I always found myself naturally filling spaces and aligning resources. The consistent thread — regardless of the industry — has been the same: walk into the room, figure out what's missing, and make something work that wasn't working before. I've worked across healthcare operations, business development, partnerships and outreach, marketing, and public image. Different rooms. Different stakes. Same instinct every time.

But the work didn't start with a career. It started with my mother. She was a nonprofit leader for decades, and I lived that life alongside her — attending the events, watching her build lasting relationships with people and organizations that had nothing in common except her. Watching her donate her time to people who needed someone in their corner. Watching her show up, consistently, in rooms where showing up was the whole point. That's where I learned the craft. I just didn't know it had a name until much later in life.

What she taught me — without ever sitting me down to teach it — is that relationships aren't a personality trait. They're a designed practice. They require intention, follow-through, and the kind of presence that makes people feel like they matter. That's what I bring into every organization I work with. Not a playbook. A way of being in the room that earns trust and builds something lasting.

I studied at Shippensburg University, Colorado State University, and the University of Pennsylvania. I've worked inside complex healthcare systems, resorts, alternative medicine start-ups, led outreach across entire territories, and navigated the kind of operational complexity that teaches you how organizations actually function — not how they're supposed to function on paper.

In 2022 I founded the Central Pennsylvania Psychedelic Society — an organization dedicated to holding the balance as psychedelic medicine comes of age in Pennsylvania — pairing clinical pathways with the human, relational, and spiritual dimensions of healing in attuned, community-centered spaces. I built it from nothing. Established the institutional partnerships. Produced events. Built the public image. Managed the political relationships. Fostered resources as its identity evolved. In some ways, CPPS is my own client. Every gap I fill for the organizations I serve, I filled first for my own. That's not a case study. It's how I know what the work actually takes.

My mother is my inspiration for this work. And VIP is what happens when you take a lifetime of watching someone do it with grace, add twenty years of relationship building across every sector that would let me in, and decide it's time to offer that to the organizations and leaders who need it most.
